Winefest 2022 Recap

Since 1994 Winefest has provided an opportunity for Kenvale students to combine their talents to showcase Australian wines served with perfectly matched food. On November 23 our students, trainers and staff delivered Kenvale's 27th Winefest at the Australian Turf Club. The cocktail event was attended by over 100 people, they enjoyed a wide range of Levantine Hill wines paired with delicious cocktail-style cuisine, and not to mention an amazing view of the sun setting over Sydney's city skyline.

Our Hospitality students created a unique cocktail that were served on arrival. The first-year Cookery students planned and prepared a grazing and canape menu that perfectly complemented the wines and was pleasing to the eye. Event students planned and coordinated the event down to the very last detail. Our guests were treated to an amazing evening with students having the opportunity and challenge to conduct a commercial event for paying customers.
