Entry Course or Short Course
Learn about life as a care worker by sampling the following 5 skills essential for work as a carer:
- CHCCOM005 Communicate and work in health or community services
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- HLTWHS002 Follow safe work practices for direct client Care
- HLTINF001 Comply with infection prevention and control policies and procedures
- CHCCCS015 Provide individualised support
This partial qualification covers the first 5 subjects in the CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support and will be credited to you if you decide to continue your studies to become a fully qualified Personal Care Worker.
